Enjoy the tropical climate of Lanzarote from this child friendly new 3 bedroom 4 bathroom villa, which is situated in the lovely residential area of Montana Roja in Playa Blanca. We will supply internal stair gate high chair and travel cot free plus pool safety gates. It is a 20 minute stroll or 2 minute drive to the resort's best beach (Dorada beach), the village centre, shops and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon is also within a 5 minute drive. The villa has been designed to give plenty of living space and is fully equipped with everything you will require during your stay (washing machine, dishwasher etc). Outside in the very private garden there is a heated swimming pool (with child safety gates fitted) surrounded by spacious sun terrace and mature gardens. There is a BBQ with a lovely al fresco dining area overlooking the pool and garden. In addition to the Sky digital channels, guests will also benefit from BBC1, BBC2 and ITV (not normally available on the Island).
