We had been coming to Lanzarote for nearly 17 years before finally biting the bullet and moving here several years ago.
We have seen immense changes during that time, but we still loved the island and it’s people and so decided to make it our home. Exclusive Villas Lanzarote was set up to try and overcome some of the issues we came across when we bought our first property here in Lanzarote, as you can imagine there was the language barrier to overcome, the shortage of furniture shops etc. to furnish our villa to our own particular taste and also the only people we knew were located in Tias & Conil, the places we used to stay for our holidays.
Needless to say things have changed somewhat since then and we have settled down in Playa Blanca. We bought our villa as an investment and it was always our purpose to rent it out to holiday makers and having worked in the business for the first few years of being here we felt we understood what our clients needs were and set up Exclusive Villas Lanzarote to attend to them.
